Choose the desired products

Navigate the site using the category menu on the left. Once you have found a product you want to order, click on the pink "Add to Cart" button. You will be automatically directed to your shopping cart. Before purchasing a product, we recommend checking the general specifications of the product, such as: what processor it supports , ram memory type, display type, USB type/number , weight, etc. directly on the manufacturer 's website for accuracy .

Step 1. Shopping cart

In the shopping cart you will be able to see the list of added products, you will be able to update the desired quantity and you will be able to delete one or more products from the cart. If you want to add more products to the cart, navigate using the menu on the left. You can always return to the shopping cart.

Step 2. Complete the data for order delivery

To fill in the data necessary to deliver the order, all you have to do is fill in the form below the basket; scroll to bring it into the frame or click on "next step". You can select the "Order without logging in" option if you don't have or don't want to create an account on the site. In this case, you will only be asked to fill in some data. If you already have an account with us or you want to open a new account now, select "Authentication" (it's the option checked by default) . After filling in the requested data, you will have to choose the payment method.

Step 3. Choose the payment method

You can choose between paying in cash (cash on delivery), by payment order or online with the card (in full or in equal installments without interest, if you have one of the shopping cards we work with). After choosing the payment method, press the "Send order" button.

After placing the order, you will automatically receive a notification email that will contain the following data: the name of the products ordered, the quantity, the price and the total payment amount. In a short time you will be contacted by one of our consultants to confirm the order.

What is the shipping cost?

EVOcomputers delivers orders by fast courier, throughout the country. The shipping cost is 40 lei, regardless of the package's weight, if it is within the Fan C ourier coverage area . In smaller towns, the fee is 50 lei . But if the value of the order is at least 1000 lei and you log in on the site Before you buy, shipping is free .

How long does it take for my products to be delivered?

We aim to deliver products in stock within 48 hours maximum. If the product can only be brought "to order", the delivery term will be a maximum of 14 working days. Please contact us for any questions.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay in three ways:
- in cash, when the products are delivered to you or when picking up the products from the store
- by payment order (by transfer or bank deposit)
- full payment by card - online or via POS, in the store
- payment in installments without interest, online or through the POS in the store, with the following cards:
- Credit cards included in the Start BT program from Banca Transilvania
- Bonus Card from Garanti Bank
- Advantage Card from Credit Europe Bank

Important! If there is a problem when making a card payment, the money is retained by the processing bank, not by Evocomputers. In these cases, we will do our best to resolve the situation in a timely manner.

How can I return a purchased product?

EVOcomputers.ro accepts product returns in the following cases:

• Without any reason and without penalties, if the product is returned within 15 days of purchase, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. The only costs that fall under your responsibility are the direct costs of returning the products, we accept returns only by express courier , and the reimbursement of the product's value will be made to you within 30 days of the return at most. The returned amount and the return conditions do not include transport costs. Before returning the product, you must contact us. This right applies only to natural persons!

• The ordered product does not comply with the specifications on the website. In this situation, the product will be replaced by another, or upon request, its value will be returned, provided that SC Soft From Future SRL is notified in writing or presented at the company headquarters with the respective product within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt the product.
  

Do you offer a warranty on second-hand products?

Yes, we offer a minimum 12-month warranty on all second-hand or new products. The vast majority of refurbished products have a 24-month warranty.
