Warranty for both new and second-hand products!

All products sold on www.evo computers.ro , both new and second-hand/refurbished, benefit from a guarantee.

The period for which the guarantee is valid, in the case of each product, is specified under the "Add to basket" button.

3.  However, if the technical team considers that the fault cannot be solved remotely, we will initiate the procedure of bringing the product into service. Sending the defective product to the EVOcomputers service in Str. Progress no. 86, Cihei, Oradea, county Bihor, will be initiated by the client but only with the consent of the EVOcomputers service team sent to the client's email.

The customer will send the product only by express courier, the transport costs will be borne by the beneficiary! Do not forget to pack the product in the box in which it was delivered, together with a copy of the invoice, the warranty certificate and a note with the notified defect!

The delivery address is: Str. Progress no. 86, Cihei, Oradea, county Bihor - We accept parcels only by fast courier!

4. Repair or replace the product will be done free of charge if it is found that the defect is the fault of the supplier.

5. The payment of the transport for the settlement of the guarantee for the tour is the responsibility of the beneficiary and the return is the responsibility of EVOcomputers. Shipping back to you will be via a courier approved by EVOcomputers.

6. The guarantee is settled within a maximum of 15 calendar days.

7. In the case of in which, after receiving the defective product, the technical team finds that the warranty request is unjustified (the product is in fact functional), the applicant will pay the round-trip transport fees and any diagnostic costs (established by the service team).

8. If, after receiving the defective product, the technical team finds that the product has failed due to improper use, the warranty no longer applies, but if the customer still wishes to benefit from the service, he will bear, in addition to round trip shipping costs + diagnostic costs, and related repair costs.

9. The product that is brought in for service must be in the original packaging (in which it was sent from us), to ensure its integrity during transport. Products that do not meet this condition will not be accepted under warranty. Also, when requesting the guarantee, it is necessary to present the defective product with the identification elements intact (serial number), together with the related accessories and copies of the purchase invoice and the guarantee certificate. If the products arrive without these documents, the products can be returned to the applicant/sender without the guarantee being settled.

10. Loss of warranty certificate or invoice will result in loss of warranty. We cannot issue duplicates for the warranty certificate.

The guarantee is NOT granted in the following situations:

The warranty does not apply to products, product parts or components that, in our opinion, have failed due to:

 - installation and maintenance errors;
- negligence or carelessness (failure to observe or disregard the information in the instructions for use);
- improper handling, optical units (CD/DVD) damaged due to the CD breaking inside;
- the interventions of unauthorized persons;
- the change in the original state of the device caused by improper storage and weathering;
- mechanical, electrical, electromagnetic, chemical accidents, etc.;
- chipped processors;
- processors with bent pins, burnt or oxidized contacts;
- motherboards with bent pins, burnt or oxidized contacts;
- any type of PCI, PCI-X, AGP, PCI Express auxiliary cards with burnt or oxidized contacts.

- hdds showing traces of mechanical shocks, liquids, burnt or oxidized contacts.

EVOcomputers cannot be held responsible for loss of information or any damages, our only obligation being to repair or replace the defective equipment (or parts thereof). Likewise, in the case of hardware repairs for equipment under warranty, EVOcomputers is not responsible for any software loss. Therefore, we recommend performing a back-up of the data and software found on the products presented in the service. We are not responsible for data loss due to virus infection of your system. Any subsequent complaints are considered unfounded .

Products not picked up from the service unit within 60 days of the completion of operations will be declared abandoned and handed over to collection centers.

General instructions for use

After unpacking the equipment (central unit, monitor, peripherals, printer, laptop, etc.), it is necessary that they are not put into operation for at least two hours (if they were transported at low temperatures or in wet, foggy weather) , to remove the condensation and to reach the ambient temperature.

Before connecting the equipment to the network, check that the supply voltage is 220V and that it has a properly grounded connection. The ambient operating temperature must be between 15 and 30 degrees C.

Make all the necessary connections between the central unit and peripheral elements: keyboard, mouse, printer, scanner, joystick; as well as the connection between the central unit and the monitor.
All connections are made with the equipment NOT POWERED.

Connect the power cord of the central unit, the monitor, and the printer (if present) to a grounded outlet.

CAREFUL! If the sockets you use are not properly grounded, the multi I/O part on the motherboard can be destroyed, which leads to the loss of the warranty for this module. At the same time, it is absolutely forbidden to connect and disconnect peripheral equipment (printer, mouse, scanner, joystick, keyboard, etc.) while the computer is operating, which also leads to the loss of the warranty!

CAREFUL! Please consider dusting your computer every 6 months! Any defect found as a result of excessive accumulation of dust is NOT covered by the warranty and will be repaired at a cost!
