Return products
According to the GEO Law 34/2014, legally, products can be returned within 15 days, in perfect condition. The customer must notify the company in advance at the telephone number 0758.781.781 and/or the e-mail address info@evocomputers.ro and send a return form sent with the returned parcel.
Careful! Products returned without prior notice to the company will not be accepted.
If the product is not in the original condition, the customer will bear an amount for the damages caused to the company. The amount will be communicated to the customer following the evaluation of the product by a service person. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and payment will be made within 14 days of the product being received by us.
Careful! Legal entities cannot opt for the return of the value of the product, but only for its replacement with a similar product.
In the case of a return within the legal term of 14 days from the purchase, you can choose to replace it with a similar product or return the value of the purchased product.
Careful! To return the value of the product, the only option is bank transfer, all bank commissions will be borne by Soft From Future Srl. For this, you will have to fill in your data on the return request.
The product must be returned in its original condition, following the procedure below:
1. Telephone contact at 0758.781.781
2. Sending an email to the address info@evocomputers.ro announcing the intention to return the product
3. Filling out the return form ( Click here to download the form ) and sending it by courier, together with the package
4. Delivery of the product ONLY by courier together with the completed return form (the costs of transporting the returned product will be borne by the customer)
5. Parcel collection and equipment check by EVOcomputers staff
6. Solving the request (the customer is informed by phone and by e-mail)
7. Product exchange or refund
